1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing brazilianseo.com or engaging Brazilian SEO Agency for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services Description

Brazilian SEO Agency provides search engine optimization services focused on the Brazilian market, including keyword research, content strategy, technical SEO, link building, local SEO, and e-commerce optimization. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to websites, analytics accounts, and necessary materials. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all content provided for optimization. Delays in client deliverables may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom content created specifically for their project. Brazilian SEO Agency retains rights to methodologies, tools, templates, and general knowledge. We may showcase anonymized results in case studies and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Performance Disclaimer

SEO results depend on numerous factors including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions. While we apply industry best practices for Google Brazil ranking, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brazilian SEO Agency's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients receive all completed deliverables for which payment has been received.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with jurisdiction in São Paulo. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
